Tradition 3: “The only requirement for OA membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively.”

If you are new or returning to OA, or if you are visiting Santa Cruz County, and would like to connect with a local member, email us at info@santacruzoa.org and we will have a member contact you.

Overeaters Anonymous of Santa Cruz County Intergroup

When several groups form in an area, they soon realize that they can better perform certain things together rather than separately.  So the groups may form an Intergroup that is directly responsible to the groups it serves. Intergroups spring from a need to provide service for a number of local groups and better information about OA in a community.  Adapted from OA Handbook for Members, Groups, Intergroups.

Santa Cruz County Intergroup meets the
third Sunday of each month

5:30PM – 7PM
Palo Alto Medical Foundation  (enter thru urgent care)
2025 Soquel Ave.

All are welcome to attend.
